Why I Support Pride—Even If It Costs Me

ā€œIf supporting love, peace, and people costs me a few sales, so be it. My blessings don’t come from man—they come from God.ā€

This post might not follow my usual topics. It might not get the most clicks. It might even lose me some customers.

But I’m writing it anyway.

Because what’s been on my heart is too loud to ignore. And if I stay quiet just to be accepted, I’m not walking in my truth—I’m just blending in with fear. And that ain’t me.

Let’s Talk About It. For Real.

I’ve been seeing too much lately. Too many posts that turn ā€œfaithā€ into a weapon. Too many people using God’s name to shame, exclude, or tear down folks in the LGBTQ+ community.

Let me say this clearly and directly:
I believe in God. I follow Jesus. And I love people—ALL people.

I don’t care what anyone says. I’m not going to use my faith to reject someone who’s simply living as their true self.

The LGBTQ+ Community Deserves Love Too

Now let me be real:
I don’t have a bunch of LGBTQ+ friends.
But I do have family—beautiful, bold family—who live far away. We don’t talk often, but I love them deeply.

If I had a friend in the LGBTQ+ community, I would have their back tenfold. Because the ones I’ve known or come across?
They’re loyal.
They’re kind.
They show up.
And let’s be honest—they’re some of the realest people I’ve ever seen.

But Isn’t That a Sin?

That’s the question I hear a lot.

And to that I say:
People love to play spiritual dodgeball with the Bible—picking and throwing scriptures that fit their comfort while ignoring the ones that call them out.

You wanna talk about sin? Then let’s talk about the gossip, the pride, the judgment, the cheating, the envy... or do those not count when it’s convenient?

Jesus never said ā€œShame them.ā€ He said ā€œLove them.ā€
He didn’t tell people to point fingers—He told them to look at their own hearts first.

I’m Not Backing Down

I don’t support the LGBTQ+ community in secret. I’m not whispering it behind closed doors.

I’m saying it boldly, right here, right now:

🌈 You are loved.
🌈 You are welcome here.
🌈 You have a seat at my table.

And if that bothers somebody?
Then maybe this space wasn’t for them in the first place. Because my brand—Queen Diva Glitz N Glamz—is rooted in faith, truth, and love.
Not fear. Not judgment. And certainly not hate.

To My LGBTQ+ Family and Supporters:

You don’t have to change who you are to feel safe here.
You don’t have to explain yourself.
You don’t have to shrink to fit anyone’s comfort zone.

You are seen, worthy, and never alone.

Standing in Love—Always

I might lose a few likes.
I might lose a few customers.

But I won’t lose myself trying to please people who never knew my heart to begin with.

God didn’t put me on this earth to sell products and stay quiet.
He gave me a voice.
And I’m using it to say:

✨Love is not a sin. But hate just might be.✨
