Q: Are your products kid-friendly?
A: Yes Queen, for the babies too 👶🌾 Our body butters, oils, and sprays are made with ingredients safe for kids and adults alike. But always do a patch test just to be safe.

Q: Are your oils vegan?
A: Most of our products are vegan and cruelty-free. We’ll always list ingredients in the product description. If you’re not sure—email us and we’ll give you the tea.

Q: What’s the difference between the Hair Growth Oil and the Mega Growth Serum?
A: Sis, they both go hard. The Hair Growth Oil is great for everyday hydration and gentle growth. The Mega Growth Serum is our powerhouse—it’s loaded with extra nutrients and works fast to stimulate hair follicles, especially for those problem spots.

A: BABY YES. I'm loc’d, my daughters are loc’d and natural, and my products are made for us, by us. The oils and sprays nourish your scalp without buildup—just shine, growth, and glory.

Q: Can I use this on a beard?
A: Yep! My husband has a full beard and we treat it like royalty. Our oils keep it soft, full, and fresh. Use it on edges, beards, and baldies too. It’s versatile royalty, period.

Q: Do you accept returns or refunds?
A: Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns. But if there’s an issue, please contact us immediately—we want you to be 100% satisfied.

Q: What if my product arrives damaged?
A: We got you, Queen. Email us with photos within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll make it right.

Q: Can I customize an order?
A: Custom orders are limited but possible! We do Crocs, accessories, and some custom scents. Shoot us an email and we’ll see if we can make your vision sparkle.
